Hello new friends!

Obviously, you’ve found me and my little corner of the world where my fantasy worlds can begin to be seen and the weird that is a Remaklus can be shared. If you’re here, and reading this, I’m assuming you want to know who I am and what all this is. So let me tell you.

Who the heck are you?

Why thank you for asking. I am Erin Remaklus, a mom to two beautiful children, two dogs, a cat, and a rabbit in lovely Nebraska. I have been writing since I was a child and have always focused on fantasy. Fantasy allows you to process real-world things in a safe way, its an escape, it’s anything you want to make it. I’m currently attending SNHU with a double major in Creative Writing and History and hope to become a high school teacher as well as a traditionally published author. I’m a Girl Scout leader, a Scouts BSA Committee Chair (and Council Advancement Committee Chair!), a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Abused and Neglected Children (find your local CASA and support them!), and I’m currently Princess Badoura at Naphis Temple #66 Daughters of the Nile. In my free time (what’s that) I read, sew, crochet, and make resin products.

What is the point of this?

The point is for me to get out thoughts, bring you along on my journey, and give you some insight into who I am. I have an Instagram where I’ll share pictures of my journey, I’ll ask engagement question, share books I’m reading, and all those things. This section is for more long-form content. I’ll share how I’m doing each week with writing, maybe ask for input on my worlds from you, but its a place for you all to get to know me while I continue down this exciting journey.
